This fantasy book is an oldie but a goodie! I have heard for the last several years that this is an amazing series , and I finally got to read it over spring break and adored the story! Kendra and her brother Seth begrudgingly (do not want to go) go to their grandparents estate, Fablehaven, because their parents are going out of town. Kendra and Seth have rarely visited their grandparents and do not know them well at all. As they spend the first few days learning about the grounds of Fablehaven, what they encounter is unbelievable and they face the challenge of their lives! This is the first book in the series!
