Unidentified Suburban Objects is another great read that is on the Texas Bluebonnet list. Seventh  grader Chloe Cho is very interested in learning about her Korean heritage.  Her parents were born in Korea but never really talk about their time there. Chloe does not know anyone else who is Korean until she finds out on the first day of school that a new teacher is Korean. Chloe is so excited to finally meet someone else who is Korean. After meeting her new teacher, this book really takes off and has lots of humor and some twist and turns. Readers will not believe the ending!! Christie readers will really enjoy this book.. part authentic and part fantasy!
